Orders and Shipping
I ordered and payed but have yet to receive a confirmation email?
Make sure to check your email spam/junk folder. We've noticed some of our communications being wrongly sent to spam folders, especially with Outlook and Hotmail. Contact us directly at support@madfrankrecords.com if you can't find your order confirmation.
How long to receive my order?
All stock is on hand, handling times on most items is 1-2 business days, but can vary depending on shipping option selected at checkout. Shipping times vary according to your location, read the shipping policy section for more details.
How much does it cost to ship my item?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination. For some locations and orders, you may choose the shipping option you prefer. In some very rare cases there may be a mistake with the shipping calculation, we reserve the right to cancel any order in which the shipping was not properly calculated at checkout. Read the shipping policy section for more details.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to all 10 Canadian provinces on orders 100$ CAD and more.
We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental USA of 100$ USD and more.
Are my orders tracked?
All USA & international orders come with a tracking number automatically. Orders to Canada all come with a tracking number, the only exception is if you choose the "Unregistered" option for shipping one or two CDs to Canada. This option is sent through Canada Post standard letter mail and does not come with a tracking number.
How can I check my shipping status?
You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing an order, you can use this number to check the shipping status of your order.
I did not receive/lost my tracking number?
Make sure to check your email spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@madfrankrecords.com
Pricing
What is your pricing policy?
We do not match prices or offer discounts based on other websites prices. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error on our website.
